What happens after you apply to Verallia
From your reference number to a first conversation: how we review applications, how long it takes and what we may ask you to change.
You've sent your photos and measurements. Here is what happens next.
1. You get a reference
As soon as your application arrives you see a reference number. Keep it: with your email address it lets you check your application status at any time.
2. Our team reviews it
Every application is looked at by a person, not an algorithm. We consider your photos, measurements, location and the kind of work you are interested in.
3. We may ask for changes
Sometimes we need clearer photos or a missing measurement. Your status page will say Changes requested with a short message, and you can update your application there without starting again.
4. A decision
- Approved: we contact you by email to arrange a video call or test shoot, and explain representation before anything is signed.
- Not this time: you're welcome to apply again in six months with new photos.
We never charge for any of these steps. Questions? Contact us.
