FAQ
For brands & clients
How do I book a model?+
Save models with the heart icon and send the list from your Favourites page, or fill in the casting brief. Our bookers reply within one business day with availability and a quote.
What does a booking cost?+
Fees depend on the model, the shoot duration and — most importantly — usage (where, how long and in which media the images run). Send a brief and we will quote clearly before anything is confirmed.
Can you cast talent from several countries for one shoot?+
Yes. Cross-border campaigns are our speciality: we coordinate travel, visas and scheduling so talent from different countries and continents can work on the same production.
Do you provide UGC creators and hosts as well as models?+
Yes. Filter by work type (UGC Creator, Restaurant & Hospitality, Events & Hosting) or ask us to mix models and creators for a single content day.
What is an option?+
An option reserves a model for your date before you confirm. A first option gives you priority; we will let you know if another client challenges it.
Can I share a shortlist with my team?+
Yes — use “Share link” on your Favourites page, or download a PDF package of comp cards.
For models
Does it cost anything to apply?+
Never. Verallia does not charge application, registration or portfolio fees. If anyone asks you to pay to join us, please contact us.
What photos should I send?+
Recent, natural daylight photos without make-up or filters: a headshot, a profile and a full-length shot. See our guide to taking digitals in the Journal.
Do I need experience?+
No. Many of our models had none. We look for presence, professionalism and potential.
How long until I hear back?+
We review applications weekly. You can check progress any time on the application status page with your email and reference code.
Will I work abroad?+
Many of our talent are placed with partner agencies internationally. We support visas and travel and agree terms with you in writing before you go.
I am under 18 — can I apply?+
Yes, from 16 with a parent or guardian's consent. They will be included in all communication.
