Legal bases

We process data to perform a contract (bookings, representation), for our legitimate interests (running the agency, preventing fraud), with your consent (model applications, optional cookies) and to meet legal obligations (tax, accounting).

Sharing

We share talent profiles with clients and partner agencies only as needed to market and book you. We use trusted processors for hosting (Vercel), database and file storage (Supabase) and email. Where data leaves your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• Unsuccessful applications: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Enquiries: up to 3 years after last contact.
• Represented talent: for the term of representation plus the period required by tax law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@veralliamodels.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Minors

Applicants under 18 must apply with a parent or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly process a minor's data without it.
