応募者・タレントのデータに関する同意

When you submit an application, you agree that Verallia Models ("Verallia", "we", "us"), [Registered address] may:

1. Store your details and photos securely to assess your application.
2. Share your photos and measurements internally with our scouting team and, only if you are shortlisted and you agree, with partner agencies.
3. Contact you by email, phone or messaging apps about your application.

What we will not do

• Publish your photos on our website or social media without a signed representation agreement.
• Sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• Charge you any fee to apply.

Minors

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent and will be included in all communication.

Withdrawing consent

Email info@veralliamodels.com and we will delete your application and photos within 30 days.
